When the best play is the marriage already made…
By Friday, Agents Bishop and Marshall must:
Solve an anything-but-routine burglary.
Determine why the house’s previous owner was murdered.
Avoid getting killed in the process.
Because on Saturday, Levi and Marsh must:
Keep an overdue promise to their son.
Entertain a house full of friends and family.
Say “I do” in the wedding their marriage of convenience turned true love deserves.
Marsh and Levi are determined to help a friend in need.
But they’re already six months late for a very important date.
If they’re not at the altar on time for their Christmas (in July) wedding, they’ll face their most terrifying enemy yet—their teenage son.
Best Play is the fourth book in the M/M romantic suspense series, Perfect Play. This series epilogue novella features Marsh and Levi at their steamy partnership best, as they make their way to the altar a second, forever time.

I loved it!
I loved reading about Levi and Marsh again! This book is the perfect ending to the Perfect Play series. The blurb pretty much says it all. It’s a quick read with lots of cameos from the “Wiskeyverse.” Marsh and Levi work with other familiar characters to solve a case before their re-wedding day. They only have a few days but they make it happen.
I’ve read all of the Perfect Play books but not the earlier books in this “world” and now I really want to read them so I can know more about the characters who help Levi and Marsh celebrate their special day.

Erotic RomanceMs. Dohmer’s books while character driven also espouse excellent world building, an ongoing series arc I love, and some of the best and the worst displays of humanity. The irony in that is that the very best of humanity is seen in the new species a group of ruthless scientists have created.
