Series: Birmingham Rebels, Book 1

Synopsis

The Birmingham Rebels series introduces an unforgettable team of chiseled football gods—and the daring, provocative games they play behind closed doors.

Birmingham Rebels offensive linemen Beau Perez and Cass Zielinski are inseparable, on and off the field. Cass, the captain with the cowboy swagger, is a loose cannon. Beau, the veteran tight end, is cool under pressure. And ever since they were caught on tape in a steamy threesome, their exploits have fueled more than a few tabloid headlines—and naughty fantasies.

Marian Treadwell knows all about the video. And now that she’s the Rebels’ new assistant offensive coach, she can’t look at Beau and Cass without picturing their hard, naked bodies—with her pressed in between. Marian would like nothing more than to indulge those impulses, but she knows better than to get too close to her players, a bunch of adrenaline-fueled alpha males who don’t always follow the rules.

Just the thought of sharing the gorgeous yet guarded Marian drives Cass wild. At first, Beau isn’t sure she’s right for them . . . and lately, all he desires is a little alone time with Cass to explore their new intimacy. But it’s only a matter of time before Cass breaks through both of their defenses. Because when seduction is the game plan, he always plays to win.

Broken Play is intended for mature audiences.

Marian, Cass & Beau kick this series off to a great start.

Samantha Kane has got a way with menage romances that keeps you eagerly turning the page. But more than that she has a way of turning a reader inside out and upside down with her portrayal of characters suffering from PTSD. PTSD comes in many forms and isn’t always the result of battlefield trauma. In the case of Marian Treadwell that trauma is of a much more personal and sexual nature. Thankfully, Cass and Beau are just the men necessary to work through Marian’s issues.

Years ago while Marian was still in college life dished up a pretty traumatic experience and the one man that should have been supportive and behind her 100%, instead threw her to the wolves. But she wasn’t the only one her father threw to the wolves and the event had just as much of an impact on her savior, Danny. Now the newly formed Birmingham Rebels have traded for Danny Smith at her recommendation. But Danny isn’t playing ball… hell, he isn’t even pretending he’s interested in playing ball and Marian’s reputation and career hang in the balance. If that weren’t bad enough she’s having a really tough time dealing with her overwhelming lust for Cass and Beau. For a gal just breaking into the national coaching scene, anyone of these problems could spell the end before she even gets off the ground.

Cass and Beau have been together for years ever since Cass pulled Beau out of the morass of addiction that landed him in rehab. Since then they’ve found solace in their sexual escapades, one of which ended up going viral online. But as much as the two always seem to be in the other’s pockets they’ve never stepped over that line into an intimate relationship with each other no matter what everyone else might speculate. Throw Marian into the mix though and things are bound to get very real very quick. As close as this duo is, though, they are far from complete without their woman. When they realize that Marian is dealing with some deep-seated issues they decide to do whatever it takes to help her through them.

Ms. Kane is a wonder at weaving through the intricacies of a menage relationship. Her relationships are a cut above when it comes to the loving. Keep a towel and cool drink at hand because things are definitely going to heat up quick. If you’re looking for a menage romance that gives you all the feels with the utmost steam look no further than Samantha Kane.
