A heart pounding 2nd installment.
Like I said in my review for book 1, I will only read cliffhanger books by a few favorite authors; JJ Knight (AKA Deanna Roy) is one of them. Reckless Attraction Vol. 2 picks up with the first one left off with Chloe running away from Hudson. The story is told in first-person POV with chapters alternating between Chloe and Hudson.
The sexy time between Hudson and Chloe finally happens after he takes her to a unique 1920-30’s venue. If this place really exists it would be so cool to visit there but it would be a bit pricey for my pocketbook. Still, this is a romance and fantasy is allowed so I thinks it’s cool the JJ Knight put a place like this in her book.
You really need to read book 1 before you read this one and this one ends on another cliffhanger but we won’t have long to find out what happens as the final book will be out in early August.
Reckless Attraction Vol. 2 is a solid 4.5 stars for me.
