Travis hides in solitude in his remote chalet on the border of the Fool’s Mountain National Park. Working from home, he routinely resists his brother’s attempts to lure him back to the city. Since his engagement failed, his life is on standby, but Travis likes it that way. Until one day, after a flood in the park, he finds an unconscious young man on the riverbank. Assuming he’s a hiker who got swept up by the river, Travis brings him to the chalet, intent on summoning help from there.
Except Micah wasn’t hiking. He’s on the run, scared, and desperate. And he’s in heat. Maybe he can convince the kind, burly alpha who found him to help him. In every way.
Precious is an erotic love story, inspired by MM omegaverse romance.

Another beautiful, erotic romance from Roe!
I think Precious is Roe’s first Omegaverse story and he did a f*ing fantastic job with it. This story is so hot, but, it’s not just the sex – which is super plentiful. It’s also about the connection between Travis and Micah which was palpable. Make no mistake, this is a very explicit, erotic story but it also contains a plot with an appropriate amount of tension and suspense.
Micah is running away from something and Travis finds him alone and in pain and suffering from the cold. Travis is an alpha and Micah is an omega in heat. Travis has been feeling lonely for quite a while and he can’t resist Micah’s pleas for Travis to help him with his heat.
Once Travis finds out what Micah is afraid of, he wants to do everything in his power to protect him. Micah is beginning to have feelings for Travis but he’s not sure if that’s due to his heat or if the feelings are real.
This is erotic romance at its finest. I have loved every book I’ve read by Roe Horvat. I think he has the magic touch when it comes to MM erotic romance and he’s brought that magic touch to the Omegaverse world. I hope he writes more stories in this genre.
