When at first you don’t succeed—turn to abduction.
It’s all in a day’s work when this Siberian tiger meets the woman he wants.
An accidental kidnapping? Check.
A forced marriage? Check.
A virgin bride? Damn. There go his plans for seduction and here comes the pressure into making her first time perfect. Because everyone knows that’s the one she’ll remember, forever. Gulp.
Add in a plane crash as well as hunters out to capture them and the heat is truly on.
Can this Siberian tiger meet the challenge?
If her twin is catastrophe, then Teena is trouble. The one thing Teena doesn’t want to be though is the second choice. A very Russian Siberian tiger, Dimitri has his head set on creating his very own dynasty of tigrons. When all of his efforts to claim Teena’s sister, Meena met with failure and he realized just how unsuited they were, he was so ready to move on… that is until he caught a gander at her identical twin… a twin that is everything Meena wasn’t. Dimitri has every intention of claiming this beauty for his very own. But that claiming may just take a bit more time than he had planned when he and his very virginal mate are hijacked, their plane crashes and they are on their own in the bitter cold of the mountains of Russia with hunters on their tail.
A Tiger’s Bride has all the comical levity typical of any book by Ms. Langlais but this one has just a touch more suspense. I totally loved it. If there is one thing I wasn’t happy about, it was finding out this is the end of the Lion’s Pride series. I can’t help but see the possibilities this group of hunters presents… perhaps Ms. Langlais will pursue the idea. I sure hope so.
